What are your fees, and will you work on contingency?
We operate exclusively on a retained search model, with one-third of the first year’s base salary payable upfront to initiate consulting services. Contingency firms really act as candidate agents since they don’t get paid until they “place” a candidate with you. Our only exception is if we are marketing a strategic team to new prospective clients.
