Posture governs how DSP engages with you. It does not authorize disclosure. Open to Confidentially Explore and Actively Looking only establish eligibility for anonymous-discovery review. A candidate must separately approve the exact anonymized profile before it can appear to an authorized institutional client. The candidate's identity is disclosed only after separate permission for the named client, role or purpose and materials.
Assessment and Career Insight
Bankable Leaders may be invited to complete approved assessments outside an active search. Where appropriate, Doherty Search Partners may provide candidate-facing results and interpretation to support career planning, leadership understanding and future-role decisions.
Completing an assessment does not obligate you to pursue an opportunity. Receiving your results does not authorize Doherty Search Partners to share them with a client.

We are developing a secure digital experience where invited Bankable Leaders will be able to maintain their professional information and preferences, manage their candidate posture, access approved assessment and career insights, review selected opportunities, and control identifiable disclosure.
The portal is not yet available. Until it launches, all Bankable Leader relationships, profile updates and opportunity discussions will continue directly with Doherty Search Partners.
