Talent Intelligence Access

Leadership intelligence before you need to hire.

The best time to understand a leadership market is not the day a critical position becomes vacant. Doherty Search Partners maintains a structured view of high-impact financial-services leadership and long-term relationships through the Bankable Leader Network. Institutional Talent Intelligence Access gives approved clients a governed way to monitor relevant talent markets, maintain leadership watchlists and periodically review emerging availability with DSP.

It complements executive search. It does not replace professional judgment or candidate permission.

Five service levels.

Pricing is not published. Service level and economics are defined in the engagement agreement.

Banks and credit unions receive the same pricing for the same service level. Institution size may inform likely service need but does not determine candidate access rights.

Subscription creates a relationship with DSP. It does not create candidate permission.

What Talent Intelligence Access is — and is not.

  • Subscription does not create unrestricted candidate access.
  • Subscription does not create direct candidate contact.
  • Subscription does not guarantee candidate availability.
  • Subscription does not guarantee a placement.
  • Non-subscribers may still retain DSP for executive search.
  • Subscribers may receive separately approved search economics under their agreement.
  • Candidate-approved anonymous discovery remains anonymous until the candidate gives explicit permission for the named institution, role and materials.

Confidentiality is part of the operating model.

Candidate Control

Interest in an opportunity is not permission to disclose identity.

Anonymous Discovery

Only eligible, candidate-approved anonymous profiles may be made available to authorized institutional clients.

Named Permission

Identifiable disclosure requires explicit permission for the named client, role/purpose and materials.

Human Accountability

Technology and AI may assist research, matching, workflow and summarization. Accountable professionals remain responsible for candidate evaluation, representation and recommendations.

No Unrestricted Database Access

DSP does not sell unrestricted access to candidate records or contact information.

Coming Soon

Explore leadership capability without compromising candidate confidentiality.

Client Portal — Coming Soon

The DSP Client Portal is being designed to give authorized institutional clients governed access to candidate-approved anonymous leadership profiles and active-search collaboration. Clients will be able to search approved anonymous profiles, filter by permitted leadership attributes, save watchlists and request a confidential discussion through DSP.

Clients will not receive candidate names, direct contact information, personal email or phone, LinkedIn URLs, unrestricted resumes, or DSP internal notes before candidate permission is granted.

Bankable Leader Portal — Coming Soon

The upcoming Bankable Leader experience will allow approved leaders to maintain their profile, career preferences and posture; receive selected opportunities and market intelligence; use approved career-insight assessments; review an anonymized discovery profile when eligible; and control identifiable disclosure.

Candidate identity remains protected until specific permission is granted.
